21 working days x2

After submitting my IRP5 Documents for audit which and got fed back at 21 days , after 2 days i was requested to submit my banking details for verification which hasnt changed for another 21 working days for a small refund thats due to me.. WHY??? take another 21 working days for bank verification when theres millions of people owing you guys and you come after people that comply and have nothing to hide?????? GET YOURLS ACT TOGETHER!!!!!
