21 days has passed but still no tax directive. When app**** for by the insurance company it still says inactive

I am so disappointed at Sars. I'm a mother who's concerned about the future of her son. On the 2nd od December 2024 we together with the other mothers app**** for a tax directive from Sars Lebowakgomo they gave us 21 days for it to be active bcz we are awaiting a payment. 21 days has passed and till today it's still inactive blocking the payout. I am writing this with a heavy heart for Sars employees to see this claim has been going on for 2 years. Now everything is blocked from their side and the company wants to pay. Schools are re-opening soon these kids need to go to school. How will we as mothers of the beneficiaries survive another year without payout???because we are all unemployed and we are waiting for the insurance company to pay. They say tax directive it's still inactive. Please assist this matter has dragged for far too long.
