21, 60 or 90 or excuse for laziness?

My tax return has been submitted on time and all supporting docs were loaded on 14 July, the advertized 21 days are long gone, went to the branch they said 60 days, phoned earlier this week and told it would be escalated, phoned again today only to be informed that it has not even been allocated.. phoned complains and was informed it can take upto 90 days ....which one is it now? 21 days, 60 days or 90 days, what happened to transparency and being honest? Or does the knife only cut one way ....This is totally unacceptable please resolve asap
