2015 Unresolved dispute with SARS

Good day

Firstly I would like to state that I have been in and out of Sars offices since 2015 February trying to solve this dispute of me owning Bed and Breakfast.

1. I have submitted several documents that were requested. 2. I have archived emails of me making follow ups regarding this dispute. 3. It’s amazing how Sars was able to get hold of me when I was penalized for business I don’t have but never received any calls before that. 4. I have been blamed for responding after the deadline how can I take action for something I did not know it exists, the reason I taken action after the deadline it’s because I was contacted after the deadline and I acted immediately. 5. When I asked why I should be penalized for business I don’t have ( respond was ) because if I have received the money I was going to keep quiet and not report it It was so disturbing to be judged like that more especially people who doesn’t know me judging my character like that it was an insult. 6. I spoke to several people whom I told that Sars got access to my bank you can check if there’s any ******* activities if I’m suspect that I’m hiding something. 7. I even contacted CIPRO to provide the document showing that I am not owning any business I have attached the document with all my submissions. 8. They’ve got every document they have requested from me 4 years ago why is it so difficult to resolve this issue because I don’t have a business and they never paid anything into my bank account. 9. As I mentioned that I have archives of emails of me making follow ups I was told that the period for my dispute has collapsed how possible is that without my dispute being finalized? 10. I have been patient enough and I refuse to pay or be penalized for something I never had maybe the only option I have now is go to Hello Peter, because I have tried to resolve this it has gave me sleepless nights. 11. I can’t be going to SARS and sending another documents than I have already send, so many people are handling case however the documents are scanned every time whoever agent will taking who’s over they were supposed to see those documents and notes into your systems.
