2 Months Wait For a New Income Tax Number

I app**** for a new IT Number on 17.06.2015 and 2 months later I am still waiting!!! On applying I was told that it takes 21 working days, so far it has taken 45 days and all I get told is that I must just wait. I have been to the Randfontein branch on numerous occassions, where they are very helpful, but I just get told I will just have to wait ... Hellooooo SARS, wake up ... I don't have time to wait!!! I call the Call Centre regularly too, where they are also helpful, but also just tell me the same thing ... WAIT. How long does it take, especially when all supporting documentation has been scanned FOUR times, to complete an application. Are there a bunch of snails working there, or perhaps they are not working at all. I have around 20 Case Numbers from all of my visits to the Branch and phone calls to the Call Centre but have finally stopped writing them down because it doesn't mean much at all. Is there anyone out there that cares because I am tearing my hair out!!Tthis is going viral because I am really fed up and now the whole world to see how *********** South African Revenue Services really are!!!!
