2 months later and still no refund

Two months ago I emailed sars about an amount that I erroneously paid to sars instead of my accountant. the next day I went into the sars office with ALL my paper work which was captured on the system. On Monday 2nd October I went in again and was told to check within 3 days. I phoned today and was told that it will take another 21 days and there is nothing they can do about it. Its not money that was owed to me. It was paid to you in error. I don't owe you anything!!!!!
