2 hours waiting and still nothing...

<p>This is my 2nd time at SARS Newquay Rd, Alberton, in a month. This time, my waiting time is edging towards pension. 2hrs15 now, and counting. Captive customer at its best. I was always impressed with them, but service and s****s appear to be sliding. And no, not forward.</p>
