⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience with SARS. My wife and I have been waiting for our tax refunds for approximately three months. Our audits have been completed and we have been told that everything is finalised, with only payment outstanding. However, we keep being told that the delay is due to bank verification. Every time we visit the branch, we are asked to start the verification process again, and we are repeatedly told to wait 21 working days. This is now the third time we have been given the same 21-working-day waiting period. Three months is far too long to wait for a refund when all requirements have apparently been completed. We need a clear explanation and a proper resolution, not another restart of the same process. SARS, please urgently investigate and release our refunds.
