1 1/2 hour just to get told someone will phone within 72 hours. Still no assistance?

I spent 1 1/2 hours holding for Sars and finally got to a consultant and asked if i could please change my cell number as there is no option to select your email address for the OTP. She advised that someone would phone me in 72 hours to assist me with this and took down my new cell number. It has been a week now and still no call?
