Remove the pic of our bookshelf that was poorly installed

Over 3 years later and after asking them to remove a private picture of the bookshelf they installed, I see that it’s STILL on their google page! Please take it off. That shelf fell 3 times because of your poor workmanship (and that’s after you sent ppl to fix it) and I would never recommend such a hazardous structure to be installed in anyone’s home. Please remove it soon.
