Kitchen installation nightmare!!

<p>After we signed our contract with Sariga Kitchen Design it all went pear shaped..our 3 or 4 days installation took 4 weeks to complete. We had not changed anything but kitchen parts we ordered late, incorrect measurements were taken, and filler after filler was put in - wasting space.. Them being a professional kitchen design company with carpenters was not even able to build a basic beam for a door railing ?? - my husband not even in the industry made the door himself. The company so unhappy with us supervising the progress of our kitchen, I mean we paid not 5c for our kitchen -if my husband did not supervise or assist with installation - it would have been a disaster!!! Very unprofessional as they deal with you via a e-mail or sms and just pitch at your place expecting you to be available. Our kitchen was a small basic kitchen, obviously they do not deal with complicated kitchens as they are unable to do basic things and are brought to near tears by the client...not just doing what was agreed upon. Our so called book case has a filler but unable to put our cookbooks on as agreed now we sit with little racks? No recommendation for this company!! A warning to everyone who wants to install a kitchen - have a clause of a time frame to protect yourself..their contract is one way to suite them and deliver excuse after excuse. Finally our nightmare is OVER!!</p>
