Flat from hell.

Hi peter, iv just moved in to a great home and farm, estate agent is saries letting, the house unfortunatly is a death trap, a completly huge health hazard, a bee's nest in the kitchen roof, plumbing constantly gets block, electrical issue's that have already caused my toaster to blow. The db board doesnt even trip when a live wire shorts on earth ( its a wooden house with alot of dry walling) so can imagin if the electrical cathes fire, i cant afford insurance on all my stuff like computers and tv, so i have ask many times for the estate agent to please have it sorted only to have nothing as of yet, the neighbours inform me that i have to constantly nag the estate agent to get anything done but even thats not helping. There are rats in the walls and roof that i can clearly hear everyday and im worried they chew a live wire. Plugs are broken, lights dont work, gutter pipes are not catching and sending water to the water tanks(and we definitly need the water as dams are drying up) i got told by the agent 1 time that the place is only R4000 a month and i shouldnt expect anything fancy, im not expecting a mansion,R4000 is alot of damn money, and my girlfriend is pregnant with my first born, and this flat should have been sorted long before we moved in. i was told to leave a review on here. Not sure what this will solve, only hope it does help. Thanks Miguel
