Terrible service!!

I’m terribly disappointed by the service I got…

My installation was a mess and I tried to ignore a few things but things got worse by the day.

1. I asked for baby hair and my wig was not trimmed to baby hair. Instead pulled the same long hair into looking a baby hair. 2. Glue was all over my ears and the hair glued literally to my ears. I tried to remove it as soon as I got home because I was in a rush for my eyelash appointment. 3. The hair came out in less than 5 days, it was starting to lift. 4. I got burned by the glue behind my head, which forced me to cut my hair. 5. I ask for complaining platform via WhatsApp and I get ignored.

Now is this the type of treatment one gets since I’m not a celebrity and or regular customer ? I paid R4200 for this? The one and only time I decide to give this a try, this is what I get ? I’m defeated.
