Sarhap incorrect product

Sarhap Alberton branch. Have been ignoring my complaints in all platforms and mostly important my request to speak with the owner, their response is always “Sarah is out of the country “ . I strongly believe that most of the injustices and Complaints don’t even reach the owner’s attention because the employees of Sarhap are responsible for the injustices. Bought a double drawn 28 inch last year and was installed a 13a grade weave, I didn’t check it on the installation day because I have already developed a strong trust of their product since this was my fourth weave from them.when uninstalling the next day because the hair was frizzy and stale(out of the usual for a double drawn) that’s when I realised a lot wasn’t right with this weave, it was falling off (a lot than usual ), density was off a normal weave.I have been complaining since October last year, drove to branch but employees will call one another to justify their explanation of “ you must maintain the weave with proper products and gently clean it up “and have evidence of this but to this day the only response I got is they will sue me for defamation. Such complaints are kept from Sarah because her staff is making money on the side by doing this. I strongly advise that be extra vigilant when buying from them.Sarhap admin (especially the ordering and packaging) will be fall of Alberton branch.
