SARHAP HAIRLINE'S HAIR IS OF POOR QUALITY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was absolutely gutted and disgusted with the terrible quality hair they sent me after payment so much money. Before I ordered I communicated the kind of lace I wanted and they agreed it is what they have . I proceeded to order 2 wigs from them totalling R5300. The one wig was an 18inch straight wig (for myself) paid extra R200 for customization and extra R100 delivery fee, I paid another R2200 for 16inch straight wig (for my mom) plus extra R200 customization and R100 delivery = R5300. When I got the hair I was shocked and furious , it had a very bad odor, the hair was stiff and dull and tangled. The frontal on the 18nch looks like a 10inch and it was just terribly put together . The frontal on the 16inch wig wasn't sewed on properly there were tiny holes if you ran your fingers or fine tooth comb through it. When I complained I was told the financial team will get in touch ,nobody did. I then had to pay for shipping again to return the hair .I had to follow up and at some point my messages were read but no replies until I threatened with legal action. They eventually sent my money but only R5200. The rudeness from these amateurs are not worth the hair at all. You can get better from aliexpress. They buy cheap hair and sell it for lots of money. Do not spend your money with them their social media posts are heavily edited, ****** from other pages and their positive reviews are from employees,friends and family.
