SarHap hair failed me

Good day. I’m Masentle had installed a weave at SarHap Pretoria branch on the 7th of August. This was not the first time I install with them. On the 8th I started having a headache and took some meds and slept. On the 9th I began to have this severe burning sensation and had sores that were red on my forehead. I took the weave out and I was on vacation. The sores were more on the part where they app**** the glue. I had to do cold compressions.

I sent them an email on the 12/08/24, where I got no response. Today the 13/08/24. I decided to DM them on Instagram. A lady by the name of Hloni rep**** and said “ *Hloni*: Morning seems your skin is sensitive, you seek medical advice and maybe consider glueless wigs” This was their response to a customer who is having an allergic reaction because of their products. I even sent them pictures to see how bad it was. I’m so disappointed with how SarHap handled the matter, as I was their loyal client and supported them fully but how they treat their clients is shocking . I had to go and consult to get topical treatment..
