SARHAP BAD HAIR

I bought my hair couple of months ago but found out the closer was a different curl..let me say bad different type of hair and when i went to complain i got attitude from the Pretoria branch manager..and I'm still waiting on my hair that i was told to take to the nearest branch and did but got lies ontop of lies..and being made a fool being sent from pillar to post..and being promised a feedback..the hair is so terribly made the middle has a gab..so clearly some of these reviews are their's not the public..shame on you I STILL WANT MY HAIR.
