POOR SERVICE - SarHap hair Pretoria Branch

SarHap Pretoria Branch, they don’t even deserve one star. POOR SERVICE EVER!!!! I order a 24” 4x4 highlighted wig on the Thursday the 19 September 2024. I was told it will delivered the following Thursday. I got there around 16:45 the following Thursday, knowing the close @ 17:00. I was told the delivery is late and it will only be the following day in the morning. I then went collect on Wednesday the 1 Oct, when I get there is a wrong order, wrong colour and I needed this wig for the same weekend(5 Oct) and I was leaving Pretoria on Wednesday mid day. I was told there is nothing they can do unless I wait until in the afternoon Wednesday or Thursday morning because they will not be able to deliver my correct order before 12am the following day(Wed)

There was a wig on their display, it was the colour I order, same inches, however with small curl(s) and it was a full frontal closure. They convinced me that they will cut and customise it in a way that I can be able to wear it as a clueless wig. Secondly, they said those small curls will not be as bushy as they look like after applying the mousse, this was because I order hair with bigger curls, they are not bushy. They knew very well that they were lying to me , and they just wanted me out of the door. Worse, the wig was not well customised, They used a darker power on the lace that it doesn’t blend with my skin tone. I was told to go buy lace tint out of my pocket as they didn’t have the correct lace tint colour in store.

I’m now stuck with the wig that I can’t even use after paying R3700. The attitude I got, it was like I am the one who made a mistake, they were not even apologetic.
