POOR QUALITY HAIR COMPLAIN

A week before valentines I went to Sarhap rustenburg branch and bought my hair for R3800 which I was told it was Peruvian hair, I wore it once, the second time it kept on getting tangled as I walked, I had to comb it now and again. Recently I took the hair for the 1st time in months to be washed at a well known salon, before the lady could even finish washing the hair, she said come and have a look my sister, as I was watching her from the beginning. As soon as she poured room temperature water then shampoo the hair looked like ***** wool for washing dishes, it was terrible tangled, mind you I've got all kinds of hair namely Peruvian, Brazilian etc for over 10 years the same lady has been washing my hair,i never had any problem but with Sarhap hairline Rustenburg, they don't sell good quality, a reliable source told me that they recently changed supplies so all those rejected hair are in Rustenburg branc. I went to the store to lay my complain, the two ladies namely Tsholo and I don't know the name of the other one, told me I can go to the" nearest hell" the boss u even reply to your mails or even Refund you, that's their reply to me, I've got witnesses to this and they can also check their cctv footage. I won't spend R3800 on a **** hair that is not even 2month. All I want is my full refund so I can buy the original hair. I wouldn't allow anyone to visit or rather buy weaves at Sarhap Hairline Rustenburg, they are totally rejected **** and the stuff is horribly rude.
