POOR QUALITY HAIR

I have purchased and installed Piexy hair in May 2022 at Alberton Branch which i was happy with the service and the hairstyle since it was my birthday party. and i came for the second time to install the same around November/December 2022 which i was still happy with the hair. I then washed the piexy hair bought from SARHAP with products that i normally wash my other weaves with but the hair became Afro hair, only the closure was still fine.

its the quality of your hair im worried about, i didn't receive value for money and your brand is well known. i just do not understand how can you sell such poor-quality products to your clients.
