Poor quality hair and service

I bought a 360 wig at the Sandton branch in July 2024, installed for the first time in Aug 2024 at the branch in Cape Town. The lady at the Cape Town store messed up my 360 wig, firstly she cut of the elastic band and secondly I do not know what she did with the back frontal but it is messed up and I haven’t been able to install it as a 360 wig ever since. Before installation I had complained about the shedding and the mentioned that it is normal, however the wig sheds even when it’s not being combed and what’s worse it tangles like nobody’s business ever since my latest install at the Sandton branch in December. This is very displeasing.
