Poor quality **** hair and rude, arrogant, disrespectful owner Sarah,

I ordered my hair and paid R1,900 via eft on the 27th March. When i eventually received it on the 4th April it was nothing close to what i ordered. The texture was synthetic ( not brazillian as they claim), of poor quality, dry and tangled. Tried calling them, but their number is never answered. I then sent a whatsapp, which was responded to with some video demonstration to spray the wig with water. I tried that but obviously didn’t work. I drove to their store in Alberton where i was met with rudeness and arrogance. All i wanted was to be given the hair i ordered or be refunded. They refused to refund me or give me proper hair. If you look at the 4 positive reviews, they were all done on the same day within 2hrs...not true customer stories. The pictures they use are ****** from other websites, the people used are not even South African....it’s a ****
