Poor customer service

Worst experience ever!! If it were possible for a minus 0 rating I would rate it that. The hair at Sarhap-hairline was frizzy and not true to the description. Not remorseful at all! Their response was passive aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing their hair.
