Pathetic service

Had an event around Pretoria on Saturday the 11 March ‘23 and I needed to do my hair. Sarhap hair line appeared on Google, I called the 012 number and I was told to WhatsApp ***.Long story short in the WhatsApp I was told I can walk-in don’t need an appointment. When I got there was told to wait they are calling the person who said I must walk-in.50 minutes later they said they can’t help, I told them you can’t make me wait for an hour and come tell me that. Don’t know places around here, drove for 2 hrs to get here.I waited thinking I’m dealing with someone intelligent.

Mind you 1 stylist was busy with her own hair for an hour then waited 1h30 for her late client who called to say she’ll be late, another stylist finished and was busy with her hair then the other finished and just set down.I waited thinking I’m dealing with people who can think, apply logic, prioritises customer service and clearly I was wrong.

Around 15:30 they sent the cleaning lady to tell me they are leaving. Then one of them switched off the lights. I’ve never seen such especially if you tell people you not from the area. They kept on saying they want to prove Hanna wrong and Sarah knows that if they say they no working they mean that. I guess I was caught in between company issues. The only reason I’m writing this review it has less to do with these employees I mean to them it’s just a job, if the business dies doesn’t affect them they’ll go look for another job.This is to make the owner aware and get a manager who knows what s/he’s doing.

Don’t give power to small minded people, they will kill your dream.
