Online purchase

Saehap boutique is run by a very rude Nigerian lady . The policies are not according to South African law . She refuses to refund customers for the online purchase. I personally bought a dress . When I wanted my money back she referred me to those policies. They are not according to the CPA of SA . She is breaking every rule in the book.
