I do not recommend Sarhap hair line to anyone
I booked an appointment to do my hair on the 5th October 2024 at the Alberton branch at 12:30, on my arrival at 12 o'clock I was told the person I am booked with was sent to the Sandton branch ( I never requested a specific person during my booking) and a plan will be made to do my hair, about 45 minutes later I was told to rather go to a salon down the street since all the hair dressers are busy. A total waste of my time, I ended up being late for my function, a total disregard to customers, lack of professionalism, I DONOT recommend this salon to anyone.
