I could have given 5 stars my hair wasn’t customised but other than that it’s perfect service and the lady from the reception by the name of Nomfundo was very helpful to me instead of going back and forth about refund she offered to come and use the balance left for installation and pay difference and it was very helpful to me cause I thought it was a lose even the assistant by the name of Hloni was helpful to me
