Gaping hole in wig

I bought a wig at the end of June I installed it at the end of September .I installed it at the Sarah branch in Pretoria (this was the only time I have worn the wig) I also use their product to remove the wig .When I when I removed the wig I noticed a hole in the lace of the wig , right in the middle of it making the wig and unwearable. I have since contacted Sarhap several times to no avail .They are now ignoring me and refusing to offer a solution for my hair , which is clearly the result of poor quality lace. I hope no one spends their money on this brand , you will be disappointed.
