False advertising with no refund policy

They are posting products that they are not selling on their website, social media pages and app… they have all these celebrities on their page wearing wat appears to be good quality hair, but when u order online they send the cheapest, most dull quality with high prices and are not willing to refund or accept returns, there should be a petition to get them to stop operating cuz they are pretty much robbing people with their high prices and low quality products, they not even willing to respond to complaints to Atleast offer any form of compensation for their false adverti*****ts
