False advertising and false promises

I wrote to hello Peter last year in December after buying hair thay came out wrong, that was old and falling off before I would even wear it, my matter was escalated because a lady that told me she was a line manager at Sarhap called and claimed to be the line manager of the brand, she told me they are rebranding but will make sure to send me new hair by January,she even confirmed my details and said she still had my adress, by the first week of January I will get something, it’s March and I am still waiting and they are back to ignoring my msgs
