BAD SERVICE, BAD HAIR QUALITY!!

Ladies please DO NOT waste your money on this business. They simply do not care about their customers. They only care about celebrities. I ordered hair from their online store on the 25/11/2023 and it arrived on Friday the 01/12/2023 upon opening the package I see patches on one of the wigs I ordered. The lace looks terrible. I contacted them on Saturday the 02/12/2023 asking for an exchange and sent pictures. I got the worst service from them. The person was rude telling me that they don’t exchange coloured wigs. No explanation or whatsoever. NEVER buying from them again
