These people are very suspicious. Totally think they are ****mers and are making loads of money *****ing from people regularly. I'm looking for a flat and I came across these guys 2 times. The first time I found an ad from this place I reached out to arrange a viewing and they responded with relevant application forms and asked for relative documents. After sending the requested information back to them, they responded with an invoice including Admin fee and damage deposit demanding it be paid BEFORE THE VIEWING. What if I don't like the place? I can't tie my money up into a "Maybe" when I need to find a place to live urgently! When I enquired about these suspicious things they stopped responding and when I call them they insist the conversations go on whatsapp then they don't reply there. A month later on a different flat exactly the same procedure. After filling in all the paperwork and documents they send a ridiculous invoice then go quiet if you ask questions and don't pay.
