Terrible service

To say we've had a terrible experience with Genlet properties would be an understatement, maintenance takes their sweet time to come check or fix anything or don't come at all , electricity charges and rent increases a few month after you move in they tell you it's 4500 when you move in and you end up paying close to 7k a month and to top it all off within our stay our car was ****** and tenants says it's something that happens often and Nothing is ever done about it and when you chose to serve notice and terminate lease within the 2 months period they stated on the lease they will refuse and tell you they need to find a tenant first before you can move out and if you do decide to move out the coats will be paid by you so basically you forced to stay until the end of your lease and finally when you've moved out you never get your deposit back you get the run around and you have to follow them around as if they don't owe you and to top it off when you finally get anything of that deposit money it's only 3% of what you payed when you moved in and no explanation as to how they got there as the property was left in the state we found it so to conclude . I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY and stay in an unsafe place .
