Unprofessional Service

Very unprofessional.... they have burnt and damaged my hair by over processing it. Quick to discredit other hair professionals in the industry and advise customers to demand refunds for services that do not meet their expectations. However, when the shoe is placed on the other foot, they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Please do not fall victim to their poor level of service.
