Unreliable transport company

Extremely unprofessional. I waited weeks and never got a quote. She kept confusing me with other clients and forgetting where I am moving to. She ended phone calls because she rather wanted to have coffee then never called back. Pathetic service. Unreliable. Unprofessional.
