I am in fear of losing my life as I write because I experience constant left chest pain /angina that started 5 months ago leading to hospitalization and extensive blood tests and investigations finally led me to a specialist cardiologist and being diagnosed as having heart attack that is caused by narrowing of arteries and veins causing lack of blood supply to my heart causing hardening of heart muscle telf. Few months after I accepted my reality and taking treatment I app**** for a dread disease cover to the fund chosen by my retirement fund, they whole month lapsed with no feedback from them until I called them, the excuse was that everyone works from home, the next day before midday I got a declined claim citing report that was not part of specialist report ie ECG thus ignoring the clear feedback from the specialist, I feel cheated and dishonesty from the fund decision and I wrote email seeking clarity from them which is still not rep**** to, Their contact are as follows *** or contact center ***.
