I'd like to voice out about SAQA bad customer service delivery. In fact, this institution is mandated to verify foreign qualifications in order to allow applicants to continue their studies in South Africa, to supply the documents to employers or submit the documents for a permit.<br> Since 12 May 2015, I submitted my application to SAQA in Pretoria-Hatfield, I paid R580 for 30 days processing fee
