SAQA

<p>hello Peter, </p> <p>I submitted my academic certificate to be evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority, popularly known as SAQA. I made the submission on 31st of March, but over paid the actual price. I made the paymernt via EFT and instead of paying once, I ended up paying 3 times the cost. I printed the 3 proofs of payments, submitted it to the SAQA office and I was told to expect a refund within 30 working days. I have been waiting to get the refund but till today, SAQA has refused to refund me. Each time I try phoning the office, I'm told a new story. At times, I don't get to be listened to at all. This is my application number: ********** 0116. The whole thing is getting me angry and I need the money to close my books. </p> <p>Mom just disappointed in SAQA I must say! </p>
