It’s not transparent, more like a ****!

I submitted my request form to SAQA for evaluation of foreign qualifications and all fees paid since April 2021. I understand there is deadline. To my notice I emailed my school and they said no verification has been sent in, and it shows on my dashboard on my profile that it being verified. I phoned their office to inquire about what’s really going on, all to no avail, these service are paid for not for free so i expect very smooth transparent dealings. SAQA says it has verifying and my school said they didn’t get anything.
