Failure to refund

I app**** for a refund 2 months ago with regards payment done for a foreign qualifications to be notarized. <br> The first time I called, I was referred to the refund department from finance. They told me the process will take 30 working days. <br> I phoned a month later, the refund department told me that they never received my application. After thorough check, they found it and ask me to wait for another 30 working day. <br> I am now penalized from paying back students and my trust has been dempted to undergo further business with foreign students wanting to come study in South Africa.
