cheating clients with fault promise

Hi There ,<br> <br> I app**** for Saqa for my wife Nagakumari Konduru a year ago ,they promised us provide SAQA in 45 days but still they haven't provided and later they said me provide Convocation.I submitted convocation too but still they are not providing us SAQA.<br> They are keep on asking us to pay extra money ,but they promised us to get SAQA with in the fee amount .<br> Earlier they took money to send SAQA to home but they didn't send SAQA and they shouted on me.<br> People believe SAQA very well but they don't provide accepted service and keep on ask extra money.<br> <br> SAQA accepted all my certificates ,said everything is fine and i can get it in 45 days but keep on changing the stories.<br> It's not fare to asking me extra money after one year.<br> Please kindly provide my SAQA or my money with compensation.<br> Thanks
