Bad service

The service at SAQA is very bad, i have submitted my documents for verfication and 15 days ago and i have not even recieved a quotation from them as yet. You email them they never reply, they do not even answer their phones. You drive to them still nothing happens. They said it takes approximately 20 days , if its the15 day and they have note even send the quote will they be done verifying my degree in 5 days?
