Refusal of assistance by Springs SAPS

My hubby is training my 10 year old baby girl into *****, he is on drugs and smuggles our house contents out. I went to open a case for him to be removed from my daughter on the 15th June and was refused help by the police at Springs police station since my daughter was crying hysterically, afraid of the father and saying she didn't feel safe around him. My daughter is traumatized and wants to be moved out of the house but I have no intention of doing that, I'd rather have the hubby out as ge is continuing to make our lives a living hell. He gambled out cars and now gambling our house contents. Am scared my daughter will tell her teachers at school and she will be a taken away from me to a place a safety. Please assist, my daughter. She is trained to hack my phone, my bank details and my email passwords and I have been getting notifications of loans app**** on my name without my knowledge. It is ewallt getting worse by day and my daughter's life is at risk.
