SAPS Carletonville are in the pockets of a GANG calling themselves Deelkraal Residents. They allow the gang to stop the owners from repairing our electrical infrastructure and also are huge friends with them. Some SAPS even braai at the gang members houses (that they refuse to pay rent or utilities for)

Carletonville SAPS are *******, leaving the people who are in the right and law abiding in the lurch. Protecting the vandals who are even right now threatening Residents who want to leave or enter our village called Deelkraal Estates.
