SAPROTEX SERVICE EXCELLENCE

As a SASSA pensioner, it is financially challenging to buy quality yarn to crochet with, especially when the work you produce, goes to market requests to subsidize income and you have a preference to certain quality yarns as you just KNOW what the result is going to be.

Recently, I purchased one of my favourite yarns, Charity, 300gr, DK, print and encountered a "challenge" during the making of a poncho.

I contacted Saprotex via their website to raise my concern. To my surprise, they responded within a few days, investigated the matter and undertook to resolve the matter to my utmost satisfaction.

I am "small fry" compared to the industry that they service, yet they took the time to respond and LISTEN to what my "challenge" was. Humbling yet a very proud experience in our local industry.

This is the reason I will continue to support locally, especially when it is supported with such excellent customer care.
