Great feedback

<p>I wish to compliment Stephen Medcalf and Roger Kumm for their help and feedback when I logged an enquiry (complaint) on the Elle Wool webpage. Stephen rep**** before business hours the next morning and asked for more information. My reply was passed on to Roger Kumm and before 10am I received an email explaining their processes. They were both patient and kind and I was left with the impression that they are a company very concerned with the quality of the product they produce. Was I distraught when I wrote to them - yes!
