Sappi Provident fund claim

I have resigned on the 24/12/2024,My provident fund claim was only submitted to Sanlam after I followed up with Sappi Ngodwana HR,they submitted it on the 22/01/2025.then I had to wait another 4/6 weeks .i did a follow up today 07/03/2025 with Sanlam and they said an outstanding form was only submitted by the employer on the 24/02/2025 now I have to wait another 4/6 weeks.Due to Sappi’s lack of communication and incompetence.my credit is suffering due to late payments.
