Pathetic Sappi Southern Africa

To Whom it may concern,

Please note that it going on 5 months that my dad has passed while in service at Sappi fine tissues at Stanger mill, and we have not been paid out as yet and there is absolutely no assistance from their HR department to assist a family that are grieving and trying to stay afloat in trying times. All we are given are the run around saying that it is with Sanlam and we have to wait for their board of trustees to sign off. All this time our utilities are accounts that my dad had are piling up. Does Sappi Southern Africa really care about a family’s well-being after an employee who gave 37 years of his life for that company, I think not, we are in the process of losing our vehicles and home due to Sappi's and Sanlam’s incompetence to do their duties, it cannot take so long for Sanlam to process the papers after all documentation was handed in to them back in October 2021. The only time it seems they will know what it is like to go through emotional and mental stress is when they find themselves in a similar situation and are being given the run themselves. Sappi Southern Africa and Sanlam Shame on you, you'll are as useless as the paper you'll manufacture. A company we held in high regard has zero empathy and morals for families and their well-being after an employee passes away.
