I purchased a vehicle cash by Auto Saphire, its a month and a half later and they are refusing to sent my E natis papers so can register the car in my name, even though i purchased the vehicle cash, they simply don't care. Please do your homework before buying a vehicle from these people are ********** there is some **** going on.
