Disappointing Product Performance

If have been a customer of Sapcor for many years and have always raved about them and suggested them with pride to family and friends as I felt they cared about our as a client and that we are not just another premium. But with my latest claim I am getting the impression that the product that they sold me has too many "Sorry we do not cover that", it is an additional cover that you need to take out. I feel very sad to write this review as they have manged to turn a promoter of their business into a detractor.
